About Julie Bee’s Honey Carmel
I handcraft in small batches my gluten free caramels made with honey – no corn syrup! My caramels are made with 85% organic and non-gmo ingredients, and my bakery items are made with 95% organic and non-gmo ingredients.
Julie Bee’s Honey Caramels is a home-based bakery specializing in celiac safe caramels and bakery items. I serve the Colorado Springs area from Fountain to Black Forest. The owner, Julie, has Celiac Disease and fully understands the need for safe, gluten-free foods. I operate under the CO Cottage Foods Act.

The 16th Annual Colorado Springs Women’s Expo With A Cause is the largest two day event for women in Colorado Springs and will bring together thousands of women to sample and shop their way through 175 booths and enjoy special events on 2 Stages!
The Expo is supporting the Prevention of Veteran Suicide, Mt Carmel Behavioral Health and Wellness.
We offer free admission to women in the military, women veterans and military spouses.
