Ashley is Chef de Cuisine at Four By Brother Luck Restaurant, An upscale restaurant redefining the Southwestern food of the Four Corners.

Chef Jolhea comes from a unique multilingual background used to influence the diverse flavors found throughout her menu. She is an international award winning chef know for Traditional Filipino, Island and Asian Fusion, as well as International Cuisine. Chef Jolhea was born in Guam then raised between the Philippines, Guam, and Hawaii. She uses her upbringing to create unique dining experience such as Kamayan, Nyotaimori (body sushi), Bubble Dome Dining, and more which has catapulted her career as a celebrity chef to many well-known stars.

Air Force Veteran, Active-Duty spouse and mom to two always hungry children. The love of cooking came from wanting to learn how to cook traditional meals for her children. Her fondest memory is preparing a Sunday feast when family would reunite. She remembers watching grandma always hovered over a gigantic pot.. Her brother creating a heaping pile of pots… Her sister licking her fingers “taste testing”… getting them hit with grandma’s hot pot spoon..Her mom trying nmot to burn the food… The Cook With Me mission is recreating this memory through her cooking classes and creating meaningful experiences while cooking with friends or family.
