We are an integrated, wellness center that believes being healthy and living your best life should be simple. We look for the root cause of your health issues (diabetes, thyroid, weight loss, etc) and work to remove those issues through the 5 pillars of health.
At our booth we will be performing InBody scans to assess your weight, % muscle mass and % body fat. We will then give you a wellness score that rates your current health status.

The Expo is supporting the Prevention of Veteran Suicide, Mt Carmel Behavioral Health and Wellness. Support the CS Upfront Women Raffle to benefit the prevention of military suicide on Saturday November 6th at 1pm. We offer free expo admission to women in the military, women veterans and military spouses.
