Saturday at 2:30pm and Sunday at 12:30pm
Unity Martial Arts will be at the Expo in Booth #307. At the Expo we’ll have drawings for workplace self defense retreats and 5 week self defense courses. Our booth will have mini lessons and drills to try, boards to break, and more…
Unity has gone virtual to offer classes in Martial Arts, Tai chi, fitness, and yoga online as video conference sessions. People can log in and donate what they’re able and join into classes for kids and adults. We’re doing large group classes with people around the world and small groups with a membership.
