Special Guests

Casey Cox, Owner of nooma

If you want something done right, you’ve got to get right with yourself- a lesson nooma founder, Casey Cox, knows all too well. Reflecting on past personal challenges, disappointments, and heartache, Casey was looking for something-anything- to restore her balance. Having sought comfort in movement, she started taking fitness classes. But they felt disconnected, rigid and clinical- the opposite of what she needed to heal. Through fastidious trial and error, she created a new type of movement that pulled in techniques from yoga, Pilates, weight training, cardio, and dance – and added detoxifying infrared heat and mindfulness practices to create a sweat that released like no other.
