Thank you for reserving Exhibit Space in the 17th annual Colorado Springs Women’s Expo. The following information is provided to help you plan your exhibit.

A standard 10x10 booth contains a covered 8'x30" table, 2 chairs, an 8' black backdrape and a 3' sidedrape. Also included is a small booth ID sign with your company name. You may bring additional items and signage that will fit in your space. Please remember that items in the front half of the booth should be no taller than 4'.
EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN:
Friday Nov 4th 8am-6pm All booths must be moved in by 6pm.
EXPO DATES and TIMES:
Saturday Nov 5th 10am-5pm Exhibitors have access to building at 8am.
Sunday Nov 6th 11am-4pm Exhibitors have access to building at 10am.
EXHIBITOR MOVE-OUT:
Sunday Nov 6th 4pm-6pm Breaking down exhibits before 4pm is not allowed.
STAFF BADGES:
Each booth will receive 5 badges for booth personnel that will be picked up when you register at move-in on Friday Nov 4th.
COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS:
Exhibitors receive 25 free tickets in advance, to distribute to the public as they wish.
Exhibitors will also receive a Shareable Free Admission Ticket /Invite for Social Media.
FREE PARKING:
Exhibitors are asked to park south end of the parking lot along the roadway, NOT directly in front of the event center.

- BOOTH INFORMATION -
BOOTH INCLUDES:
8’ H Black Backdrape, 3’ H Black Side drape, 8’ Black covered Table, 2 Chairs and ID Sign.
INTERNET – Exhibitors manage their own connection to the Norris Penrose Wifi system, limited connections are no charge, with the option for upgraded services at $6 per day.(pricing as of Dec 2021, may be updated)
STANDARD ELECTRICAL OUTLET – All electrical connections must be ordered in Advance for $65 for two days, order form is below. Submit orders by Nov 1, 2022. ORDERS MUST BE PLACED IN ADVANCE OF THE EXPO.

SALES TAX FOR COLORADO SPRINGS is 8.25%
SHIPPING to the Norris Penrose Event Center must arrive on Expo Setup day ONLY, Friday Nov 4, 2022 between 9am and 6pm. Exhibitors should plan to be at the event center to receive items.

- EXPO SECURITY -
SECURITY is provided for your protection however we are not responsible for theft of merchandise or personal theft. We suggest that you take precautions and not leave valuable items in your booth overnight. Door Guards and a Security Officer are on duty during the hours that the Expo is open to the public. As a safety precaution your Exhibit Space should not be left unattended during Expo hours.
- INSURANCE -
EXHIBITORS shall assume all responsibility for damages to the Exposition facility and property, and it shall indemnify and hold harmless Donnell Productions from all liability that might arise from any cause whatsoever including accidents or injuries to exhibitors, their agents and their employees and to attendees at the Expo. A Certificate of Insurance shall name Donnell Productions as a co-insured.
- CANCELLATION/FAILURE TO SET UP -
CANCELLATIONS received less than three months prior to the EVENT will receive no refund or credit and the Exhibitor is responsible for full payment. Failure to set up does not entitle the Exhibitor to any refund for sums paid for exhibit space.

Email to wlexpos@womenslivingexpo.com a brief description of your show specials or giveaway and any information you want shared in your post along with photos or a video, your Facebook page link and/or website link. We will then create a post on our FB page and tag your business. BE SURE TO GO TO OUR PAGE AND SHARE WITH YOUR COMMUNITY!
