Join us for CS UPFRONT WOMEN a women’s empowerment event to celebrate six successful women in the community. We hope to inspire women to unlock their potential and embrace their dreams to live their best life.

Following the presentations Humble Bee Roastery will be providing refreshments. 

We will be conducting a raffle following the presentations. All proceed from the raffle will benefit the Mt. Carmel Veterans  Service Center Behavioral Health & Wellness Program supporting Veterans Suicide Prevention.

Jessica Farias, iHeart Media Market President
Jessica is the Market President for iHeartMedia Southern Colorado. Jessica has been in Marketing and Advertising for over 35 years in Colorado. Cultivating and leading teams, helping people grow in their careers, creating effective marketing campaigns for clients and “making noise” fuels Jessica’s passion. Jessica has been married to the love of her life, Alfred for 36 years and they have two children.
Sandra Griffin - Professional Fitness Coach
Sandi Griffin is a Certified Professional Fitness Coach and accomplished IFBB International Women’s Physique athlete, bodybuilding coach, speaker, and trainer. Sandy’s extensive experience with strength training, weight loss, injury prevention and recovery, and competition preparation cultivated her outstanding reputation making her a sought- after consultant with Olympic and World Champion Athletes, US Military Special Forces & Medical Professionals.

Colleen Donaldson Kern CPA, CFE
As many accountants do, Colleen started her career with a public accounting firm, but she has also worked with publicly traded companies, regional Big 4 and small closely held accounting firms. Colleen stepped away to pursue passion projects in health coaching and copywriting. She has now merged her creative drive with her analytical side in her current role in developing the operations and marketing of the growing firm Tax Time CPA’s.

Mary J. Miller- COL, US Army, Retired
Mary J. Miller was commissioned in Military Intelligence from the University of Toledo in 1981 where she served for 30 years. In 2005 COL Miller established and commanded the 208th Army Liaison Team, 96th Regional Readiness Command. As a Department of the Army civilian, Ms. Miller is employed as the Chief of Operations Division at the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command Center of Excellence in Colorado Springs.

Alzira "Z" Escobar-Pruitt -Associate Broker RE/MAX Real Estate Group
Z grew up an avid international traveler born in Cadiz, Spain and moving to the U.S. at the age of 9 growing up on an island off the coast of Georgia. She and her family made Colorado home in 2012. Z has explored many countries and locations and hopes to lengthen the list of countries travelled abroad. Z is a full time residential associate at RE/MAX Real Estate Group and enjoys serving her community.
