Carmen Rose, FOX 16 Chief Meteorologist
Carmen joined the Arkansas Storm Team in January 2020.She’s on the air weekday mornings on Fox 16 Good Day from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and on our sister station, KARK 4 Today, from 4 a.m. to 7 a.m. Carmen was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Earth Science and B.A. in Journalism. Carmen also has her CBM (Certified Broadcast Meteorologist) from the American Meteorological Society.
She geeks out on science and breaking down weather phenomena. Her love for the outdoors further fuels her passion for the weather and our atmosphere.

Claire Brown of Power Women/Move Realty
Claire is the founder and heart of Power Women. A successful businesswoman, author, and proud mother of two, she coaches executives, hosts a podcast, and mentors women and men in her field. An early marriage and subsequent divorce opened the door to dating in 2015, which prompted Claire to take a deep look at herself. She discovered a need for connection with other women who were willing to support and encourage one another as they navigated this thing we call life. As interest and participation among the group grew, new needs and ideas emerged. Soon, Claire emerged as an in-demand business coach for women and Power Women was born. Today, Claire offers dating coaching and business coaching services for women (and men!) who are ready to empower themselves and work towards a new vision for their lives.

Sarenthia Epps, MD,  Lotus Luxe Med Spa

Dr. Epps, a native of El Dorado, Arkansas, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a Master of Business Administration, who earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of Arkansas and completed her medical degree and Internal Medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.. While in residency, she participated in many research projects focused on pulmonary and critical care medicine with several publications and conference presentations. Dr. Epps is currently completing a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Her career plans involve pulmonary and critical care medicine, helping build her community through healthy living and healthcare, and magnifying her entrepreneurial spirit with focus on anti-aging medicine.

Lindsey Hart, Owner of Glaze Curvy Girl Boutique in Cabot, Arkansas

Lindsey is not only passionate about the curves of women, she focuses solely on sizes 12-24, which is the most underserved part of the women’s fashion segment. When a customer meets Lindsey, they will not soon forget her engaging and charismatic personality.  Lindsey is known throughout central Arkansas as a leader not only in the curvy business, but her community and church. Before owning Glaze Curvy Girl Boutique, Lindsey spent 13 years as a Senior National Account Manager for Onyx Brands and a Key Account Manager at Maybelline*Loreal. Currently, Lindsey is working on expansion projects that include warehousing for the boutique’s large domestic shipping needs and capitalizing on the latest “social selling” trends by producing multiple live sales each week. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys riding with her husband Rusty in the Arkansas Wilderness and with her children  12-year-old Bella Claire and 3-year-old Oren Paul.

Charlotte Potts, Potts State Farm

Arkansas native, Charlotte Potts believes in excellence in customer service and treating clients like family. Born in Hazen, her southern values of doing the right thing by those she serves is the cornerstone of her business. Charlotte joined State Farm in 2013 after a lengthy career in pharmaceutical sales. Recognized nationally by industry leaders, Charlotte and her team are part of a select group of agents who have more than one office, and who yearly earn the prestigious State Farm Chairman's Circle Designation, Ambassadors Club Award, and Senior Vice President’s Club achievement. Charlotte and her team can serve anyone in the state of Arkansas with locations in North and West Little Rock. When she’s not behind the desk, you can find Charlotte making memories cooking and traveling with her husband Shane, son Landon and family and friends.

Kayla Reece, Controller Red River Auto Group

Born and raised in Louisiana Kayla served in the United States Air Force in Panama City Florida. After leaving the military she received a degree in accounting and worked in public accounting. She left public accounting for a career in private accounting in the Construction Industry where she excelled. Through networking she was offered a position in the Automobile Industry that she was a bit reluctant to accept but fell in love with the dynamics of how the automotive industry works. She moved from Florida to be closer to home and began working with the Red River family.

Verona E Swanigan, Attorney, Swanigan Law Firm

Attorney Verona Swanigan earned her law degree from Northern Illinois University in 2005 and also has a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and Organizational Behavior. She is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Texas, Nevada, California, Illinois, and Wisconsin.  Verona practices in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation and criminal litigation and was named one of the top ten personal injury attorneys in Wisconsin and in 2016 was the first African American woman to run for Milwaukee County District Attorney. After developing a strong passion for professional boxing and MMA, Attorney Swanigan entered the world of UFC and negotiated and drafted multi-million-dollar contracts for some of the highest paid UFC fighters. Verona fluently speaks and writes Spanish. She is very involved in the community and assisting others in developing their futures.
