Elizabeth Irvine is a nurse, author and mother who throughout her years of
dedicated professional work in the health care field has fused her skills in
allopathic and alternative modalities to help others help themselves. While
living in London she taught yoga for nine years and produced a DVD entitled
Yoga for Mother and Child.
She is currently an expert contributor to
realsavvymoms.com,
based on the TV show Real Moms, Real Stories, Real Savvy currently running on
PBS. Irvine is also a health and wellness expert on the national website
clubmom.com. She writes a regular column,
Parent's Ask for Arizona and Houston Family Magazines, currently
owns a private wellness practice in Houston and is a guest speaker at many
educational events. Her first book,
Healthy Mother Healthy Child creating balance in every
day life (Whole Health Publishing 2007) is being nationally released this month
everywhere books are sold. |
