Burn Boot Camp holds their personal trainers to the highest standard both physically and professionally. You will receive coaching, motivation, and fitness training Monday – Saturday at any camp time you choose to attend. Your trainer will help you improve your quality of life through accountability, encouragement, support, education and heart pounding Burn Boot Camp workouts. Your trainer will hold you accountable, build your confidence, and push you as an individual through encouragement, motivation, and support. Expect to work hard and no matter your fitness level you will be challenged to get better each and every day.
This is personal training in a group setting. Your trainer will determine what level of fitness you will start and modify exercises that are safe for YOU!
