At the Expo we’ll have drawings for workplace self defense retreats and 5 week self defense courses.
Our booth will have mini lessons and drills to try, boards to break, etc.
Unity Martial Arts teaches Cuong Nhu, Yoga, and Tai Chi. Kids and adults learn self-defense, get fit, and make friends.
