| | The Roark Group will be our Expo Decorator, responsible for the setup of booths at the Expo. Exhibitors can order extra tables, chairs, wastebaskets, and easels, Lift Rentals, Booth Labor Rates, Advanced shipping and dryage forms and other services from our decorator.
ORDER by January 7th, late orders will have higher floor pricing. |

| | EXPO Setup - LOADING ENTRANCE for Move-In Day |
| | All Exhibitors MUST bring booth materials in through the BACK ENTRANCE loading door.
Do not bring exhibit material in though front entrances.
Exhibitor Check-in Table will be in front lobby for the duration of the Expo. We will help manage your Exhibitor badges at the check-in table
Parking is Free at the Expo, please leave the closest locations for the visiting public during open hours. |  |

In-line Booths
One side exposed, usually 10'x10'. the back wall is
8'H, with 3' side drapes. The maximum height of 8; is only
allowed in the back of the booth, the height restriction in the
front half to the aisle is 4'.
Corner Booths
Corners are exposed to aisles on two sides
End Cap Booths
End cap booths are 10'x20' and are exposed on 3 sides.
A maximum back height is 8' extending to with 5' of any aisle. A
4' height restriction is in effect from 5' deep to the ailses. |

Showcase Diagrams

Peninsula Showcase
A 20'x20' Showcase with one back wall shared with other booth
space. These showcases have a height restriction to 10' in
the back center to 5' from any aisle. Height is restricted to 4'
along aisles to 5'deep.
Island Showcase
Exposed to ailses on all four sides, the entire space
can be used up to building allowed maximum height. |
