We will accept Advance Orders and prices until Oct 2nd.
The Fort Smith Convention Center has services available for Exhibitors, (Water Supply, Wired Internet, Phone, Forklift). Order form is returned to Women's Living Expo. Note: Password protected, light use WIFI is available FREE for exhibitors. This is a low user number connection and use is limited. If you need dependable high bandwidth, video streaming or other heavy internet for your booth, please order a Wired Internet connection.
Our Expo Decorator is Sunbelt. You can pre-order extra furniture and other items directly from our decorator.
Parking for Exhibitors & the Public is Free, however we ask that all Exhibitors park in the South lots on Saturday and Sunday

Materials may be shipped directly to the Fort Smith Convention Center, to be received no earlier than October 3rd.
Labels for shipments must be identified with "Fort Smith Women’s Living Expo" and the booth number.
