Donette Spann is the Promotion Coordinator for the Arkansas Beef
Council. She is a mother to
two great children, 3 awesome adult step-kids and 2 cute
grandbabies. If the kids like what she fixes and they survive,
then its good. If they ask to have it again, well then, that's
a winner. She'll show you a great way to prepare quick and easy
beef dishes and have the kids ask for more. After all, Beef.

The mission of the Arkansas Beef Council is to promote and
educate to consumers the benefits and enjoyment of BEEF when
purchasing, preparing, cooking and dining. We also convey the
nutrition aspects of beef and proper handling for food safety.
