Exhibitor's Move-in INFO: |
Friday October 22nd, 9am-8pm - (Move-in must be completed by 8pm Friday)
Exhibitor’s Entrance: The Exhibitor Entrance is located
at the back of the hall from the main lobby. This is where you will pick up your
badges and other material for the expo. We will gladly assist you in rotating your badges to
your booth personnel at this loction.
Exhibitor Parking:
Exhibitors are required to park in the back or rear of the building. There is
also ample side parking along the Expo Center (off street Parking). Please leave
prime parking spots at the expo front for visitors! |

| Services provided
directly by the Phil Long Expo Center for Electrical, Telephone,
Water and Internet. This form must be sent
to WLExpos by October 7th or late fees will be applied.
Please preorder by Oct 7th, fees will increase
for floor orders. |

Decorator Services Forms |
|
These services are provided directly by the
Booth Decorators, Aaa Expo and Events Services.
These services include expo labor, frieght,
material handling, advance shipping and
warehouse services. They will also provide Booth
Furnishings for extra tables, chairs, drapes,
carpet and more. |

In-line Booths
One side exposed, usually 10'x10'. the back wall is
8'H, with 3' side drapes. The maximum height of 8; is only
allowed in the back of the booth, the height restriction in the
front half to the aisle is 4'.
Corner Booths
Corners are exposed to aisles on two sides
End Cap Booths
End cap booths are 10'x20' and are exposed on 3 sides.
A maximum back height is 8' extending to with 5' of any aisle. A
4' height restriction is in effect from 5' deep to the ailses. |

Showcase Diagrams

Peninsula Showcase
A 20'x20' Showcase with one back wall shared with other booth
space. These showcases have a height restriction to 10' in
the back center to 5' from any aisle. Height is restricted to 4'
along aisles to 5'deep.
Island Showcase
Exposed to ailses on all four sides, the entire space
can be used up to building allowed maximum height. |
